At aurumrefrug, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following terms.

Countries Covered

We accept returns and exchanges only within the United Kingdom.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days from the date of delivery.

How to Return

You can return products via two methods:

  1. By Mail: Contact our support team at support@aurumrefrug.shop to initiate the process. You will receive a Download/Print (Prepaid) shipping label via email.

  2. In-Store/Office Visit: You may return items in person at our physical office address. Please bring the product and your proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Cost: Return shipping is FREE for all orders when using our provided prepaid label.

  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees ($0) for any returned products.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aurumrefrug.shop with a photo of the product and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including free return shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or are clearly used.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (if applicable) may not be returnable once opened.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
